$41.00 for 100 target round for Public
$25.00 per 100 target round for Pass holders.
Rio Brazos is open to its Annual Pass Holders only, with
exception of Open to Public days or NSCA tournaments.
2009 Rio Brazos Annual Clays Pass
Rio Brazos Hunting Preserve is proud to announce we are opening our gates for Annual Pass holders in 2009. It is affordable and beneficial to become a Rio Brazos Annual pass holder.

Details:
An annual pass is one year, January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
A pass allows yourself and immediate family to shoot sporting clays and
other shotgun games set up at Rio Brazos throughout the year at discounted
prices. Guests are charged a guest
fee plus guest target prices. (No
more than 2 guests per month. See
Corporate Annual Pass if you plan to bring more than 2 guests per month.)
Hours of Operation:
Rio Brazos is open Sunday through Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday
from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Pass holders
may shoot at other times when arranged 12 hours in advance with an email or
phone reservation. Rio Brazos will
be closed on Wednesdays for general maintenance.

updates).
Cost: Annual fee $500.00.
Target fees for Pass Holders: $35.00 per
100-target round. Discounts for
daily high volume shooters on a per day basis:
Ex: shoot 200 on one visit $65., shoot 300 on one visit $98.
Discounted Round Cards:
Annual Pass Holders may purchase pre-paid Round Cards for even further discounts
as follows:
1000 Target Rd Card: $325.00
2000 Target Rd Card $625.00
4000 Target Rd Card $1150.00
Guests: Annual Pass Holders may
bring up to 2 guests per month.
Guest fee is $25 per day, plus target fees of $40.00 per 100-target round.
Guest fee is applicable each time visiting Rio Brazos with exception of
Open to the Public dates.

Restrictions:
All Pass Holders must practice safety first when shooting.
Anyone found by management being unsafe will be asked to leave and may be
subject to banishment from Rio Brazos for all future events.
Pass Holders and guests will sign a waiver and release and agree to
follow club rules. Annual Pass
Rates may be Pro-Rated mid-year for a half year rate.
Prepaid rounds must be used within the year of purchase, unless renewal
is paid prior to end of current year.
2009 Corporate Annual Clays Pass
Corporate Annual Clays Pass Holders (CACP Holders) receive the same benefits, rates and restrictions as the Annual Clays Pass Holders. CACP Holders may have up to 10 guests each per month with Guest fee waived. Guests rounds are $40.00 per 100-target round. Annual fee may be divided by up to 4 employees of the company plus each person pays $50 per month for the Corporate Pass.
Cost: Corporate Annual fee: $350.00 for one person or $600 for two to four Pass Holders (may be split by up to four employees of the same company), plus $50 per person per month (charged to credit card on file).
2009 Elite Corporate Annual Clays Pass
Elite Corporate ACP Holders receive the same benefits, rates and restrictions as the CACP Holders plus, purchase round cards for up to five guests to use at any time, with or without you. Elite CACP Holders may purchase individual rounds for up to 5 specific named guests per year, accompanied by you or on their own. Elite Pass holders also receive a 10% discount for Corporate Events at Rio Brazos.
Cost:
Annual fee: $800.00 for one person or $1000 for two to four Elite Pass
Holders (may be split by up to four employees of the same company), plus $100.00
per person per month.
*CACP Guest Round
Cards: Guest round cards may be
purchased for up to five named guests per year at discounted rates as follows:
1000 Target Rd Card: $330.00
2000 Target Rd Card $630.00
*CACP Holder is not required to accompany these guests.
Unlimited # of cards may be purchased throughout the year for your five
Corporate Elite Guests.
Example: Your annual pass allows you to bring up to 10 guests per month. These guests must be accompanied by, yourself, the Elite Corporate Annual Clays Pass holder. You may also have five guests (5 specific guests per year) that you may purchase Guest Round Cards for. These round cards must be used by these named guests or you only and these guests do not have to be accompanied by you. The Elite is the ultimate in corporate entertainment!
Open to the Public
Days: Rio Brazos Pass holders
receive additional discounts on these days and are encouraged to bring guests
(guest fees waived on these days only) on Open to the Public Days.
Up to 10 days per year will be designated as Open to the Public Days at
Rio Brazos. Pass holders discount
for targets is $25.00 per 100-target round, Non-Pass Holders (public) price is
$41.00 per 100-target round. 2009

Championship, Charity & Corporate Events: Rio Brazos is proud to host several events throughout the year for fundraisers for charities, entertaining guests as well as registered competitions. Many of these are open to Annual Pass holders and to the public. The charity and corporate events are closed events. In the event that Rio Brazos is hosting an event and closed for the day, pass holders will be informed on the club calendar website. Annual Pass members will receive a discount for many of the NSCA Championship events and the Open to the Public days.
