Rio Brazos Pavilion	Two Sporting Clay Courses	Friendly Competitions

"Annual Clay Pass"   NEW!   for 2012 Clays Pass has FREE targets.

Option 1:  Pay $200 once & *$39 per month for Clays Pass (ongoing as long as fees are paid)  you get 100 targets per month.   The 100 targets expire at the end of each month. 

Option 2:  $200 once & pay for up to 12 months in advance.  You get 100 targets per month.   The 100 targets expire at the end of each month. 

* monthly fees will remain the same through 2012 and may be subject to change in 2013.   

Benefits of being a Clay Pass member: 

§  Exclusive shooting privileges weekdays and weekends during regular hours and by appointment.
 (closed on Tuesday, Wednesdays and for events )

§  Free targets,  100 targets per month (free targets expire at the end of each month)

§  Discounted high volume round cards

§  Discounted Public shooting days

Details:   To get started at Rio Brazos as a Clay Pass Holder, just pay $200 start up fee.  Then, you are charged $39 each month.  You may opt to pay for up to 12 months in advance with one charge if you prefer.   A pass allows yourself and immediate family (residing with you) to shoot sporting clays and other shotgun games set up at Rio Brazos throughout the year.   

Guests are encouraged.  Any one guest may come with you to shoot up to twice per year.  Guest charge is $20 guest each visit plus $45 per 100 targets.   Guests are encouraged to join.  Out of area Clay Passes are available as well as Corporate Clay Passes.   There are also “Open to the Public Days” in which guests are invited to shoot without guest fee.

Hours of Operation:  Rio Brazos is open Thursday through Monday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, closed Tuesday and Wednesday.  Pass holders may shoot at other times when pre-arranged at least  12 hours in advance with an email or phone reservation.   (Hours are subject to change, so please check the website calendar for updates).    Rio Brazos is closed several days per year for Charity, NSCA and other events.  Events are listed on the calendar at:  www.Shootpromotions.com – Rio Brazos Events listings.  Please check the calendar or call to confirm.    Rio Brazos may change, extend or close for dates throughout the year as needed. 

 Target fees for Pass Holders: $35.00 per 100-target round.    

Discounted Round Cards:   Clay Pass Holders may purchase pre-paid Round Cards for even further discounts as follows:
1000 Target Rd Card: $330.00     2000 Target Rd Card $640.00      4000 Target Rd Card $1200.00

2012 Out of Area Clays Pass

Out of Area Clays Pass Holders (live 100 miles outside of Rio Brazos Area) receive the same benefits, target rates and restrictions as the Clays Pass Holders.  With the exception that Out of Area Clay Pass Holders may accumulate monthly targets.  Monthly targets do not expire until December 31^st each year.     

Cost:  $200.00 start-up fee, plus $45 per month or may be paid up to 12 months in advance

 

2012 Corporate Annual Clays Pass

Corporate Clays Pass Holders (CCP Holders) receive the same benefits, rates and restrictions as the Clays Pass Holders.  With the exception that CCP Holders may have up to 10 guests each per month with Guest fee waived.   Guests rounds are $35.00 per 100-target round.  The Corporate Pass also includes 100 targets per month (targets expire at the end of each month.  

Cost:  Corporate start up fee: $300.00, plus $59 per month or may be paid 12 months in advance.

Restrictions:  All Pass Holders must practice safety first when shooting.  Anyone found by management being unsafe will be asked to leave and may be subject to banishment from Rio Brazos for all future events.  Pass Holders and guests will sign a waiver and release and agree to follow club rules.  Pass holders and their guests are asked to pick up hulls and help keep Rio Brazos looking beautiful.  Thank you. Prepaid rounds must be used within the year of purchase.  Rio Brazos management reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of this program as conditions warrant.  In January of each year the Clays Pass Program is reevaluated and may have changes going forward at that time.  However, no price increase will occur until that time each year. 

What makes the Clays Pass so attractive? 

The exclusivity of shooting anytime during business hours or by calling and setting an appointment.  Yourself, family members, and occasional guests will enjoy shooting the beautiful sporting clays courses at Rio Brazos.   

We are constantly changing the courses and adding 5-Stands, FITASC, Super Sporting and Game layouts to our Two Sporting Clays Courses.  You will find both challenging and fun easy targets at Rio Brazos.

Additionally, Rio Brazos offers the following:

Open to the Public Days:  Rio Brazos Pass holders receive additional discounts on these days and are encouraged to bring guests (guest fees waived on these days only) on Open to the Public Days.  Up to 6 days per year will be designated as Open to the Public Days at Rio Brazos.  Pass holders discount for targets is $30.00 per 100-target round, Non-Pass Holders (public) price is $42.00 per 100-target round.     

Championship, Charity & Corporate Events:  Rio Brazos is proud to host several events throughout the year for fundraisers for charities, entertaining guests as well as registered competitions.   To schedule your own event at Rio Brazos contact:  Connie Parker at connie@shootpromotions.com  or ph: 713-854-5876.  Many of these are open to Annual Pass holders and to the public.  The charity and corporate events are closed events.   In the event that Rio Brazos is hosting an event and closed for the day, pass holders will be informed on the Event Listing & club calendar on our website.   See the calendar for upcoming event dates. 

Thursday and Friday NSCA registered monthly targets:  Rio Brazos will register targets on a 100 target sporting clay course each Thursday and Friday of the month.  Shooters must shoot together in groups of 2 to 6 and pull and score for themselves.    Shooters will receive a scorecard and pay the $5 NSCA/TSCA fees.  NSCA number is needed in order to register the targets.  Most Thursdays and Fridays will be available to be registered, but check the Rio Brazos calendar and event listing to confirm.   This is a part of the “Clays Workout” program to produce better shots.  See below.

Clays Workout Program:  Rio Brazos wants to help you become a better shot.  If you want to shoot competitions and continually improve either your sporting clays game or bird hunting skills, then we have the program for you.   The Thursday and Friday NSCA registered monthly targets gives shooters the opportunity to shoot with a scorecard for score.  Simulating tournament play with NSCA rules and scorekeeping will help your mental game as well as provide training for all types of targets.  There will also be a challenge layout with a different “workout” each week.  The thought is with regular practice among your peers skills improve.   In order to participate in the Clays Workout Program you must either be a Clay Pass Holder (Rio Brazos member) or a guest.  Guests are allowed to participate up to two times per year.  Pass Holders may use member targets, discounted round card targets plus $5 fees if registered. 

Clay Cart Rentals:  Rio Brazos has a few golf carts for rent for Clay Pass Holders for $25 per day.  We recommend you make a reservation for the carts by emailing:  connie@shootpromotions.com 

Fishing:  All Clay Pass Members have access to fishing on an appointment basis.  Fishing cost is:  $100 per half day fee and $50 per person.   Minimum charge is $150 for one person, $200 for two and so on.   Equipment may be available for rent as well.  Absolutely no fishing unless you have an appointment 24 hours in advance.
